The Lubrication Technician at Frontier Leasing and Sales is responsible for lubricating cars in a quick, yet thorough manner, and for carrying out responsibilities through coordination with the Production Foreman. This role is essential to delivering efficient, high-quality service to our customers while maintaining the highest safety standards.
You will perform all lubrication services on customer vehicles with precision and efficiency. Conducting thorough vehicle inspections including battery, lights, tires, and other critical components is essential. You will refer needed repairs and preventive maintenance to the Service Advisor, ensuring customers receive comprehensive care for their vehicles.
You will operate and maintain all lubrication equipment, including service lifts, ensuring proper working order at all times. You will receive repair orders from the Service Salesman or Production Foreman and proceed to the service lift to begin work. Identifying and reporting additional repair items discovered during service is an important responsibility.
Using appropriate amounts of materials and supplies to minimize waste demonstrates environmental responsibility and cost-consciousness. You will follow all company safety policies and procedures, immediately reporting any accidents to a manager or supervisor. Maintaining a clean and organized work area is essential.
Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance is required. A valid driver's license and good driving record are necessary. Two years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership is preferred. Manual dexterity and good judgment are essential qualities for success in this role.
