EchoPark Automotive is seeking an Assistant Reconditioning Manager to join our team at our dealership in Nashville, TN. The Assistant Recon Coach is responsible for delivering an outstanding employment experience by coaching, assisting, and supporting reconditioning teammates to perform their tasks to the best of their abilities. Our Assistant Recon Coach's priority is to support their teams in delivering vehicles reconditioned within our quality and time standards.
Our business model requires complete accounting of internal and sublet repairs performed on vehicles, so proper RO management is essential. To build the brand, the Assistant Recon Coach champions our business model and embodies the vision to be among the greatest retailers in the country. To manage the business, you will be accountable for achieving desired targets for volume, quality and time standards, guest satisfaction, profitability, market share, and brand identity.
You will maintain stocking levels and provide inventory fulfillment to outlying stores. You will trigger and execute arbitration and transportation claims, and manage wholesale units including maintaining a weekly log for visibility. You will provide feedback and analysis to the purchasing team and conduct lot merchandising. Delivering ongoing quality assurance for on-lot vehicles and reporting when needed and as appropriate are key responsibilities.
Automotive industry experience is required. You should have general knowledge of vehicle mechanical operations and strong computer knowledge. Leadership experience and the ability to coach and mentor team members is essential. Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
