Audi West Houston is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Sales Associate to join their sales department. As an Audi Brand Specialist, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their vehicle purchases, providing information about available models, and ensuring a positive buying experience that reflects the prestige of the Audi brand.
You will generate and manage appointments from internet leads, referrals, walk-ins, and marketing campaigns. Your role includes assessing customer needs and preferences to provide tailored vehicle recommendations. You will conduct thorough product demonstrations and test drives, highlighting features and benefits while maintaining comprehensive product knowledge across the dealership's inventory.
You will guide customers through the sales process up to vehicle selection, ensuring a smooth handoff to Finance and Sales Managers. Following up with customers to foster repeat business and referrals is essential. You must meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and performance metrics while utilizing CRM tools effectively to track customer interactions and sales opportunities.
Candidates should have sales experience in a commission or quota-driven role with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is required. A High School Diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license with a clean driving record are necessary for this position.
