Role Summary As an Associate Managing Consultant in the CA&E track, you are a senior member of the team responsible for owning and leading full client engagements. You will independently scope projects, design multi channel strategies, and lead end to end execution across acquisition, early life engagement, CRM, and retention. You will manage stakeholders, oversee the work of consultants and analysts, and bring industry knowledge to shape impactful recommendations. This role requires confidence in managing complexity, guiding younger team members, and ensuring the delivery of measurable client outcomes. Key Responsibilities Project Ideation & Scoping (Senior Ownership) -Lead scoping of CA&E engagements, define project methodologies, KPIs, and required resources. -Shape client proposals, bringing in your industry expertise (financial services, digital, payments, loyalty, etc.). -Advise clients on strategic directions grounded in data, benchmarks, and market trends. Project Leadership & Execution -Lead complex multi workstream marketing projects. -Drive execution of: -Acquisition and onboarding journeys -Activation/early life engagement programs -CRM and lifecycle strategies -Multi channel campaigns (paid, owned, earned) -UX/ conversion optimization initiatives -Manage internal teams, external agencies, and cross-functional contributors. -Ensure project budgets, timelines, and outcomes are delivered to Mastercard standards.
