As an Associate Manager within our Fund Administration team, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day corporate secretarial operations, managing staff, and internal or external stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance with statutory regulatory requirements and internal procedure controls.
You will coordinate with other departments on cross-functional matters and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Managing client relationships and acting as a point of escalation are key aspects of this role. You will monitor team performance and workload, ensuring accuracy and quality standards are met.
Overseeing day-to-day corporate secretarial operations includes providing technical guidance and support when required. You will provide board and committee meeting support, including board packs, attending meetings to take minutes and provide advisory input, and handle post-meeting actions. Recommending and implementing process improvements and best practices is essential, as is reviewing and preparing corporate documentation and filings.
