Existing Lead and manage large stakeholder groups focused on business outcomes. Lead and manage project review and reporting mechanisms; project financial management; change control and quality reporting. Lead the preparation of AFL agreements, and negotiate accordingly Solve client problems by conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis, including client interviews and workshops, document reviews and the presentation of our findings and recommendations. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and within our business. Assisting in business development activities such as development of proposals, internal opportunity management, and thought leadership development. Collaborate across service line with Turner & Townsend sectors/service lines to bring additional value to clients, and seek cross-sell opportunities
Ideally professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture Strong corporate office capability and experience Team leadership capability, must be able to manage client, lead or implement project strategy, and manage client. Ideally you will have worked with leading consultancies Strong stakeholder and construction management experience essential Delivered and lead teams on schemes in excess of 50,000 sqft Existing relationship with Sydney occupier market.
