The Assistant Manager - Food & Beverages supports corporate food service operations across our corporate office facility and provides regional portfolio oversight for food services, culinary operations, and event management. This role requires a seasoned professional who can balance day-to-day operational excellence with strategic regional coordination.
Oversee all food and beverage operations across the corporate facility including cafeteria services, executive dining, pantry management, and catering for internal meetings and events. Ensure consistent quality standards, optimal service delivery, and adherence to health and safety regulations across all dining touchpoints. Manage vendor relationships including negotiating service agreements, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with contracted service levels. Conduct regular quality audits and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Candidates should be seasoned professionals with proven experience in food and beverage operations, strong vendor management skills, and expertise in health and safety compliance. Excellent leadership and communication abilities are essential.
