NBCUniversal is seeking an Attractions Assistant Manager to join our team in Universal City, California. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Attractions Manager with ongoing development of the Supervisor level and venue leads while supporting overall team member and guest satisfaction.
You will direct the development of salaried Supervisors and help ensure creative integrity and standards of our Attractions are maintained. Working with the Manager and Talent Acquisition, you will participate in hiring, training, and development of Attractions team members. Managing all team members by setting work expectations and leadership standards is a key responsibility.
The role involves offering consistent and timely feedback to hourly staff to ensure effective communication between management and staff. You will develop and implement programs to improve guest and Team Member satisfaction while ensuring appropriate and timely investigation and response to guest and Team Member concerns.
You will maintain operational efficiency of attractions during park hours and seasonal or special events. Overseeing Team Member reviews and counseling ensures all guidelines and policies are followed while encouraging Team Member development. You will serve as designated duty manager for daily area operations on a weekly scheduled basis.
Additional responsibilities include assisting in creating, maintaining, and supporting labor, training, and non-labor budgets. You will review and approve all hourly staff time and attendance forms for accuracy while working closely with Technical Services on venue repairs and maintenance.
