As an Area Manager at ARKET, you are responsible for maximizing sales and profitability and leading the area according to brand values, standards, policies, and routines together with the stores. Always with our customer in focus, you'll drive business growth while maintaining operational excellence across your region.
As the people responsible, you'll ensure compliance with company policies and local legislation to secure and protect employee relations and experience. You'll drive retail stores' top-line sales growth to reach area budgets, constantly looking for improvements to reduce operation costs. You'll lead and update store managers on business performance, area and company goals, initiating changes to improve the business together with Store Managers and the Area Team.
You'll keep store operations at high-level standards in line with global guidelines and company expectations. You'll ensure optimal resource and manpower planning to support smooth operations, effective stock management, and minimizing shrinkage. You'll inspire excellence and passion for customer service in the area, proposing and executing customer service standards that exceed expectations.
You'll oversee recruitment, training, and development of store management teams to fill competency gaps. You'll foster an inclusive culture that promotes collaboration and growth while ensuring all stores operate efficiently and profitably.
We seek experienced retail leaders with a proven track record in multi-unit management. You should have strong commercial acumen, excellent people leadership skills, and a passion for the ARKET brand and values.
