As an IT Apprentice, you will be responsible for managing daily operations at the site. You will be accountable for ensuring that all technical services meet client requirements. All electromechanical operations and their repair and maintenance will be within your purview.
Oversee all building systems including fire and life safety systems, electro-mechanical equipment, and HVAC systems. Ensure proper documentation of assets under the asset list and tracker. Maintain documentation and checking of assets under defect liability period and AMC/CAMC in a tracker. Be responsible for hiring, training, and development of shift engineers and maintenance staff.
Formulate suitable budgeting controls and monitor SLAs and KPIs for JLL and outsourced agencies toward effective service delivery. Maintain service level agreements and keep performance indicator scores above excellence standards. Ensure continuous improvement in service quality and operational efficiency.
