You will be responsible for customer service and resolving customer enquiries to ensure that client satisfaction is achieved in accordance with the Company's policies, procedures, and protocol. This role is critical in maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring positive experiences at every touchpoint.
Speed Metrics: Call abandon rate, Call pick-up rate, Email/Call handled, Voice Mail management
Quality Metrics: Quality Assurance Score, First Call Resolution %, Transactional Net Promoter Score, Complaint management
We are looking for a customer-focused professional with excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to help others. You should have strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service experience, preferably in insurance or financial services, would be advantageous.
