Grupo Mariposa is seeking an experienced HR Analyst (Gente y Gestión) to join our team in Guayaquil, Ecuador. This position plays a vital role in managing talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives.
The HR Analyst will execute the recruitment and selection process for the agency/plant under your responsibility to ensure hiring of personnel with required competencies. You will execute, control, and validate continuous improvement products focused on 5S methodology, PDCA, PDA, annual goals, and InfoCenter to ensure discipline application among collaborators. The role involves developing, consolidating, and guaranteeing compliance with the annual vacation plan according to legal legislation. You will coordinate, execute, and monitor the Welcome and Induction Program for new hires and position changes to ensure proper adaptation to company culture and processes. Additionally, you will conduct exit interviews and develop action plans for voluntary and involuntary departures to retain top talent.
Candidates should have experience in HR processes including recruitment, selection, training, and employee development. Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies is essential.
