We are seeking a dedicated Ambulatory Service Representative to join our Orthopedics Clinic team. This 40-hour, day shift position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth clinic operations and exceptional patient experiences.
You will perform complex administrative duties including scheduling patient appointments, coordinating medical procedures and tests, managing patient communications, and handling financial counseling. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to navigate multiple systems while providing compassionate patient service.
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The hiring range is $20.94 - $29.27 per hour. This position is covered by the SHARE union and may be eligible for a signing bonus.
Candidates should have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in healthcare settings. Proficiency with medical scheduling systems and insurance verification is highly valued.
