We are seeking a compassionate Ambulatory Service Representative to join our Maternal Fetal Medicine team on a per diem basis. This specialized clinic provides high-risk obstetric care, requiring sensitivity and exceptional administrative support.
You will manage complex scheduling for high-risk pregnancy patients, coordinate specialized tests and procedures, handle sensitive patient communications, and support the clinical team with administrative tasks. This role requires empathy, discretion, and strong organizational skills.
Per diem position with flexible scheduling at our Memorial Campus location. Competitive hourly compensation with potential signing bonus eligibility. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on expectant families during a critical time.
Candidates should have healthcare administrative experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion. Experience in women's health or obstetrics is highly valued.
