The Sales & Communications Support role provides fast, reliable sales administration and internal communications support. You will assist the Director with delegated tasks, manage client document workflow end-to-end including printing, scanning, routing, and dispatch. The role involves coordinating internal communication on behalf of the Director and acting as MarCom ambassador in Ukraine, ensuring brand-consistent messaging and timely information flow across the team.
You will print, scan, and format client documents including contracts, proposals, letters, and annexes. The role requires routing documents within the team for review and approval, then sending final documents to clients via email, e-signature tools, or courier services. You will track document status against SLAs and follow up on blockers proactively to ensure timely delivery.
Draft, edit, and distribute internal announcements, updates, and leadership messages, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company tone. Organize internal meetings including town halls, Q&As, and staff updates, managing agendas, talking points, and follow-ups. Maintain internal pages and posts on SharePoint or Teams, ensuring timely information flow. Ensure timely payments for vendors and contractors by coordinating with Finance and tracking invoices.
Support planning and running events for clients and employees including presentations, networking sessions, and corporate gatherings. Handle logistics, venue booking, catering, and communications with vendors to ensure successful events.
