Wells Fargo is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to three District Managers within the National Branch Network. In this role, you will deliver proactive, detail-focused support across a dynamic, multi-leader environment with geographically dispersed teams. Coverage areas may include major markets such as Chicago, New York, Nashville, Dallas, and Austin.
You will support moderately complex administrative tasks while assisting in routine payroll processing, record keeping, and reports preparation. Working closely with both internal and external customers, you will meet required service needs through moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks. You will receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative processes and provide support in reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business line.
This role involves interaction with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization. You will be an essential part of ensuring smooth operations across multiple districts.
Required: 1+ years of Administrative Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education. Desired: Experience working in the financial services industry and ability to manage changing travel itineraries and schedule events.
