As an Inside Sales Account Manager, your goal is to maximize revenue generation efforts in a defined geographic territory. You will manage and close the end-to-end sales life cycle of targeted accounts and partners, coordinating team-selling efforts to ensure success.
You will sell Dell's products and services via telephone, web, or email to specified customer and partner segments. This role involves driving inbound and outbound calls, emails, and web interactions to maintain and expand customer relationships. You'll work in alignment with outside sales teams to ensure a positive customer and partner experience.
