The IFM Transformation Director serves as the strategic second-in-command to the IFM Director while leading comprehensive transformation initiatives across our integrated facilities management portfolio. This role combines executive-level operational leadership with program management expertise to drive innovation, standardization, and performance excellence across all facilities services.
In terms of strategic leadership and service delivery, you will act as the primary successor to the IFM Director, covering all major decision-making, stakeholder meetings, and operational oversight in their absence. You will manage delivery of facilities services to the regional portfolio in accordance with all agreed policies, procedures, and contract scope. Developing and implementing multi-year IFM strategy and annual management plans is essential, ensuring alignment with corporate goals including sustainability and cost efficiency.
You will serve as the primary driver of transformation initiatives, identifying opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across the IFM portfolio. This senior leadership role offers an exceptional opportunity for an experienced facilities management executive to make a significant impact on organizational strategy and service delivery excellence.
