The General Merchandise team consists of experts of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. This team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store.
As an Inbound Expert, you will support guest service fundamentals and experience while maintaining a guest-first culture across the store. You will gain knowledge of retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement.
Your role involves executing daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals. No two days are ever the same in this dynamic retail environment where you will handle merchandise receiving, stocking, and inventory organization.
