Our General Merchandise team consists of experts of operations, process, and efficiency who enable a consistent experience for our guests by ensuring product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise areas of the store.
As an Inbound Expert, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores are stocked and ready for guests. This 4am shift position is ideal for early risers who want to make a meaningful impact on store operations.
This role provides opportunities to develop guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store. You will gain retail business fundamentals, including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency and improvement. You will execute daily and weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
The starting hourly rate for this position is $15.00 USD per hour.
As an Inbound Expert, no two days are ever the same. You will process incoming merchandise, stock shelves, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure products are properly signed and presented for our guests.
