Grupo Mariposa is seeking a motivated Sales Developer (A Plus) to join our team in Guatemala. The main purpose of this role is to sell the entire commercial portfolio of the company, negotiate commercial levers, promotional calendar, product innovations, and priority portfolio across all points of sale under your responsibility. You'll work based on strategy and commercial policy to guarantee proper execution, customer service, profitability, and business growth.
You will sell the full portfolio of SKUs of the company to achieve growth in Share of Handler (SOH) in your base. You'll manage commercial levers (cold equipment, packaging, racks, credits, and others) at the point of sale to ensure profitability return according to standard measurement models. You'll negotiate according to the promotional calendar actions directed to the customer under premises of execution and commercial policies to maximize sales. You'll negotiate promotions to buyers and consumers under execution premises and commercial policies to give rotation to the portfolio. You'll negotiate additional spaces and high-impact spaces of different commercial levers at your disposal to have greater exposure and rotation at the point of sale. You'll introduce priority portfolio products and new products, presenting their characteristics, advantages, and benefits to increase the number of SKUs within the point of sale and offer value proposals to the end consumer.
You should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Previous sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage industry, is highly valued. You should have strong negotiation skills and the ability to build customer relationships. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is required.
