Grupo Mariposa is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager for our High-End segment in Guatemala. In this role, you will properly manage the administration of High-End clients for the On-premise channel in Guatemala. You'll lead commercial strategy, negotiations, and solid relationships with clients to guarantee financial objectives, portfolio dominance of priority brands and innovations. You'll efficiently manage the channel budget to develop it and maintain the protection of our brands in the long term.
You will manage the profit and loss statement and ROI of key accounts, ensuring they are profitable for the company. You'll increase the portfolio within High-End accounts. You'll develop and execute plans according to market demands. You'll define commercial strategy by categories according to different sub-segments of the channel. You'll manage follow-up of preferential contracts and exclusivities. You'll conduct supervision routes for market execution to identify best practices and improvement opportunities. You'll manage Prices and Commercial/Trade OBZ in the region, identifying improvement opportunities and making proposals that generate greater ROI.
You must have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration. A minimum of 1+ years of experience as JTM (Junior Trade Marketing) and 1+ years as KAM (Key Account Manager) is required. You should have strong negotiation skills, analytical capabilities, and experience managing P&L statements. Knowledge of the High-End/on-premise channel in Guatemala is essential.
