Grupo Mariposa is seeking a dedicated Liquidador to join our team in Coatepeque. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate payment processing for our auto sales, delivery, and warehouse routes.
The Liquidador will be responsible for preparing and processing route liquidations including delivery logs, cash and bank reconciliations, and documentation preparation. You will compile necessary documentation for delivery routes ensuring commercial teams have proper registration tools. The role involves controlling and archiving payment documentation including credit invoices, vouchers, activity sheets for consignments and loans, and rejected checks. You will ensure compliance with WCS program processes to guarantee operational excellence and maintain required evidence for audit processes. Additionally, you will generate system reports to document incidents related to liquidation results.
Candidates must have cash handling experience and be currently enrolled in university studies with at least sixth semester approved. Schedule flexibility is required, and candidates must have their own transportation. Residence in Coatepeque or surrounding areas is mandatory.
