Grupo Mariposa is looking for a motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Escuintla facility. This position is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations and ensuring timely product dispatch.
The Warehouse Assistant will maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure a safe workplace. You will perform product disposal for items that do not meet quality standards in compliance with established policies. The role involves proper loading and unloading of products to prevent damage during handling. You will conduct inventory reconciliations to maintain accurate control of existing and non-existing stock levels. All activities must be performed following safety and occupational health regulations.
Candidates must have completed secondary education (high school diploma). Availability to work rotating shifts is required. We are looking for individuals with a strong willingness to learn and an analytical mindset.
