Grupo Mariposa is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Salama, Baja Verapaz. This position is essential for building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth in our assigned territory.
The Sales Executive will develop solid relationships with clients and commercialize the organization's product portfolio at assigned points of sale based on commercial strategy and policies. You will develop and maintain strong customer relationships offering value propositions that generate transactions while maximizing benefits for both parties. The role involves conducting effective negotiations with clients following the commercial sales process to ensure monthly sales objectives are met. You will guarantee that point-of-sale commercial levers are used according to organizational policies to generate sustainable growth. Additionally, you will offer and recommend priority portfolio to clients to expand SKUs handled at the point of sale, review product inventory rotation to suggest order quantities, and work collaboratively with merchandisers and developers for sustainable execution.
Candidates must have authorization from immediate supervisor, high school diploma in sciences and letters or accounting or related field. One year of experience in consumer goods sales is required.
