We are seeking a Graduate Engineer, Advisory to join our team and support the delivery of materials, asset management and advisory projects. In this role, you will work alongside experienced professionals to help deliver solutions that improve how clients manage their assets, business processes, and organisational change. Our Advisory team partners with clients to enhance business performance through integrated asset and information management, as well as risk and reliability improvement services. As a graduate, you’ll contribute to a range of projects across sectors such as Transport, Defence and Water, gaining exposure to real-world challenges and building your technical and consulting skills. How you'll make a difference: Assist with the development of business processes and change management initiatives related to strategic asset management Undertake Condition assessments of a range of assets Support the durability design for projects to achieve design life Contribute to the preparation of key asset management documents such as Asset Maintenance Plans, Lifecycle Plans and Strategic Asset Management Plans (SAMP) Support the delivery of strategic and technical advice to clients Assist in the development of maintenance, operational and capital works programs Contribute to whole-of-life asset management solutions for clients What our Graduate Program offers: Graduate Introduction: Kickstart connections with peers and leaders. Bachelor’s Degree: You must be in your final year or completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in any Engineering discipline, preferably in Materials Engineering.
